OUTLIER AI is an end-to-end ML and Agentic AI system that predicts customer

churn and autonomously reasons about risk factors to generate structured

retention strategies. Built on a Random Forest classifier (82.7% ROC-AUC,

~78.8% accuracy) with SHAP-based explainability. A multi-stage LangChain agent

uses RAG over a curated tactical knowledge base (FAISS + HuggingFace embeddings)

to recommend industry-standard retention plays. Features a cyberpunk-themed
